The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering customized client service. They will have experience in initiating HVAC equipment, troubleshooting complex issues, and conducting thorough maintenance checks.
Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and Repair: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC systems, conduct routine maintenance checks, and document recommendations for extending equipment life.
• Leadership and Training: Organize routes, dispatch service technicians, and assist in training new staff members.
• Business Development: Work closely with estimators to identify new business opportunities and maintain professional communication with clients and teammates.
Requirements:
• At least 3+ years of experience in a senior HVAC role.
• Strong industry relationships and ability to initiate new business opportunities.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
