About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Lead Installer to lead our installation teams in Santee, CA. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversight of HVAC installations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Leadership and guidance of installation teams, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation
• Development of strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and communication

Requirements
• Three or more years of experience in HVAC installation
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
