Furnace Operation Position Summary
This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer of high-quality parts for the aerospace, industrial, medical, and nuclear markets. As a Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining vacuum furnaces to produce parts that meet our customers' specifications.
Job Description
Load furnace and operate all equipment and machinery to ensure quality and productivity standards are achieved.
• Set and monitor required furnace levels of controller to achieve desired results.
• Operate overhead crane to load and unload parts into the vacuum furnaces.
• Monitor all aspects of furnace operation to ensure parameters remain within specification requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or General Education Development (GED).
• 1 or more year of experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and measuring devices.
