About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Account Representative to join our team in San Diego, CA.
As an HVAC Account Representative, you will be responsible for marketing our company to new and existing clients, developing turnkey solutions, and providing effective sales presentations. You will work closely with customers to design and quote new system installations, replacement, or system retrofit resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Market the company to new and existing clients and develop turnkey solutions.
• Provide routine technical support to service sales representatives, service technicians, and customers.
• Work with customers to design and quote new system installations, replacement, or system retrofit resolutions.
• Develop proposals with pricing and margins consistent with our requirements.
Requirements
• 5 to 8+ years of experience in sales in the HVAC industry (OEM or manufacturer rep or HVAC service).
• Technical knowledge of commercial & industrial HVAC systems and applications.
• Drive and ambition to make money while taking care of the customer's needs.
• Ability delivering effective sales solutions/presentations at all levels (facility manager/property manager/CEO/GCs); able to bring the technical talking points down to laymen's terms.

Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus an aggressive commission plan, monthly auto allowance, and comprehensive benefits.
