We are seeking a seasoned specialist to join our team and drive success in equipment maintenance, repair, and upgrades.Where we service:Our service team operates across San Diego and the High Desert, serving commercial, industrial, and government facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting and Maintenance: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and resolve complex issues with HVAC systems. Conduct thorough maintenance checks, document recommendations for extending equipment life, and ensure optimal performance.Equipment Start-Ups: Experience in initiating HVAC equipment is crucial.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with split systems, package units, air handlers, VAVs, VFDs, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Boilers, and Refrigeration.Route Organization & Dispatch: Organize routes and dispatch service technicians to various locations effectively.Business Development: Work closely with estimators to quote and find new work opportunities.Training: Manage and assist in the training of new and existing staff.Client Relations: Maintain professional, clear communication (both written and verbal) with clients and teammates.Fleet Management: Must have clearance to drive a fleet vehicle.Preferred QualificationsRelationships: Ideal candidates can bring existing industry relationships to the table.
