About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Project Manager to lead our service team in delivering top-notch projects and exceeding client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring/training the next generation.
Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshooting: Utilize expertise to diagnose and resolve complex issues with HVAC systems.
• Maintenance: Conduct thorough maintenance checks and document recommendations for extending equipment life.
• Equipment Start-Ups: Experience in initiating HVAC equipment is crucial.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with split systems, package units, air handlers, VAVs, VFDs, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Boilers, and Refrigeration.
• Route Organization & Dispatch: Organize routes and dispatch service technicians to various locations.
• Business Development: Work closely with estimators to quote and find new work opportunities.
• Training: Manage and assist in the training of new and existing staff.
• Client Relations: Maintain professional, clear communication (both written and verbal) with clients and teammates.
• Fleet Management: Must have clearance to drive a fleet vehicle.
Benefits Package
Our offer includes a competitive salary range of $100,000-$130,000, plus incentive opportunities, company vehicle, fuel card, and service tools/equipment.
