Commercial HVAC Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Account Representative to join our team in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and technical knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
• Market the company to new and existing clients and develop turnkey solutions including estimating/proposal presentations for mechanical retrofit projects in commercial and industrial markets.
• Provide routine technical support to service sales representatives, service technicians, and customers.
• Work with customers to design and quote new system installations, replacement, or system retrofit resolutions.
• Develop proposals with pricing and margins consistent with the Company's requirements.
• Manage and coordinate projects with management, technicians, and dispatchers.
Requirements:
• 5 to 8+ years of experience in sales in the HVAC industry (OEM or manufacturer rep or HVAC service).
• Technical knowledge of commercial & industrial HVAC systems and applications.
• Drive and ambition to make money while taking care of the customer's needs.
• Ability delivering effective sales solutions/presentations at all levels (facility manager/property manager/CEO/GCs); able to bring the technical talking points down to laymen's terms.
Compensation:
A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that will include a base salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, aggressive commission plan, monthly auto allowance, and comprehensive benefits.
