About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Intervention Technician to join our team at the Poway Unified School District. As a member of our support services team, you will play a critical role in helping students achieve their full potential.
Estimated Salary Range
$25.15 - $32.20 per hour, which translates to an estimated annual salary of $52,324 - $69,760 based on a 40-hour workweek.
Job Description
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement student-centered plans
• Provide individualized support to students with behavioral challenges
• Establish positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ year experience working with students with behavioral challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
