Key Responsibilities
• Supervise service technicians to ensure they operate within company guidelines and meet customer requirements.
• Serve as a working supervisor and technical advisor to service technicians and customers.
• Monitor and coach service technicians on safety and productivity, and ensure they meet customer requirements.
• Participate in the hiring process and recommend candidates for hire.
• Provide service technician performance feedback to service managers.
Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant experience in HVAC service or management.
• High School diploma or equivalent; two-year technical degree preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of service processes, diagnostics, techniques, and codes.
• Excellent coaching and supervisory skills.
