Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain effective communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams.
• Ensure company trucks are clean, inside and out, and maintain up-to-date inventory.
• Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Promote a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and certifications.
Requirements:
• Strong technical knowledge of heating and cooling systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in HVAC technology preferred.
