Servicing Southern California's South Bay and surrounding cities, So Cal Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning seeks experienced HVAC and installation professionals who thrive in their work.
• EPA Certification is required.
• A valid California Driver License with a good driving record is necessary.
• Candidates must have passed a background check.
• A minimum of 2 years experience is required.
• Installers must be skilled in new cut-ins and change-outs.
• Techs must be able to properly troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
• Experience with residential and commercial systems, including rooftop packaged units, split systems, duct systems, heat pumps, mini splits, hydronic systems, and wall heaters is essential.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in attics, under houses, above t-bar ceilings, and on rooftops.
• The ideal candidate is reliable, dependable, honest, neat in appearance, possesses excellent customer service skills, integrity, and mechanical aptitude.
Effective problem-solving and teamwork are vital for success in this role.
