Job Summary
We are seeking a Commercial Refrigeration Lead to join our team at CoolSys - Refrigeration and HVAC Systems. This role involves leading a team of technicians in providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
About the Position
The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in refrigeration/HVAC service or commercial construction, a high school diploma, and knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC principles and practices. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage branch P&L and forecast staffing requirements
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and subcontractors
• Resolve issues or problems that impact customer satisfaction
• Oversee procurement of parts and supplies and maintain fleet inventory
• Communicate company direction and set expectations for team members
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in refrigeration/HVAC service or commercial construction
• High school diploma, GED, or technical school certification
• Knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC principles and practices
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
• Strong communication abilities and customer service skills
