Plumbing Maintenance Position
J.K. Residential Services Inc. is hiring a skilled plumber to work in the San Fernando Valley, LA City and South Bay areas.
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance on plumbing systems, performing repairs and replacements of pipes and fixtures, and installing new plumbing systems and fixtures.
Essential Duties:
• Repairing and replacing pipes and fixtures
• Installing new plumbing systems and fixtures
• Frequent walking, bending, and climbing stairs
• Ability to lift, pull, push and/or move up to 40 lbs
Requirements:
• Valid California Driver License
• Basic plumbing tools
• Availability for after-hours or weekend emergencies
Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per year
