About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Dakota Sourcing, a leading privately owned master distributor and manufacturer of HVAC products and parts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the HVAC wholesale industry, with strong knowledge of HVAC products and systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration.

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 first year (base plus commission)
Responsibilities:
• Establish, manage, and maintain strong customer relationships and accounts by providing stellar customer service.
• Work with Inside Sales Associates to identify, prioritize, and implement initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and territory growth.
• Seek and develop new customer opportunities and accounts.
• Introduce, promote, and demonstrate new products and marketing programs.
• Correspond with Branch Manager and Purchasing Agents on changes in product demands.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service issues.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management as required.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the HVAC wholesale industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC products and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school degree or above.
• Over 2 years of work experience in the HVAC industry preferred.
