Job Title
We are looking for a Client Services Technician to join our team at CRI-Help. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the success of our Substance Use Disorder Treatment programs.
Main Responsibilities:
• Supervise clients in job assignments and ensure timely reporting to groups
• Conduct regular checks on task completion and document necessary reports and forms
• Prepare discharge forms and forward information as needed
• Lead by example and maintain a clean and safe environment for all clients and employees
Requirements and Skills:
To excel in this role, you will need excellent written and oral communication skills, strong time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be certified in CPR/First Aid and have registration or certification with CCAPP, CAADE, or CADTP.
