In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating residential projects and providing accurate cost estimates. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
• Evaluate residential projects and provide accurate cost estimates;
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success;
• Utilize expertise to assess project requirements and recommend optimal HVAC solutions;
• Properly estimate installs and repairs for HVAC systems and equipment.
Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC estimator;
• Proficiency in softwright software for construction estimating and project management;
• Strong knowledge of cost control methods and techniques;
• Familiarity with HeavyBid software for bidding and estimating projects;
• Ability to negotiate contracts and manage construction projects effectively;
• Solid understanding of construction management principles and practices;
• Skilled in building relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
