Key Job Responsibilities
Copeland Home Services is hiring a skilled HVAC Installation Specialist to lead our installation team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. This includes:
• Assessing blueprints, codes, and manuals to determine the best course of action for each project
• Installing heating, cooling, indoor air quality, refrigerant, and control systems
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with existing systems
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you must have:
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• A valid driver's license and good driving record
• At least 5+ years of experience as a Lead Installer
• EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification and a high school diploma or GED
