As an HVAC Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company.
We are seeking a skilled professional to estimate Installs and repairs for HVAC systems and equipment, as well as evaluate residential HVAC projects and provide accurate cost estimates.
To achieve this, you will collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success while following safety protocols and adhering to industry standards and regulations.
You will utilize your expertise to assess project requirements and recommend optimal HVAC solutions.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC estimator;
• Proficiency in Softwright software for construction estimating and project management;
• Strong knowledge of cost control methods and techniques;
• Familiarity with HeavyBid software for bidding and estimating projects;
• The ability to negotiate contracts and manage construction projects effectively;
• A solid understanding of construction management principles and practices;
• Skill in building relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
