Salary: $26-$34 hourly, plus opportunities for performance-based bonuses and career advancement.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry, coupled with relevant certifications like TDLR or EPA certification. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the installation of commercial and residential HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Manage ductwork system installation, including fabrication, assembly, and installation.

• Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the installation process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation.
