Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Heating Systems Specialist to join our team at Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric. As a leading provider of home and commercial services in Colorado, we offer a dynamic work environment and competitive compensation package.
In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and recommending replacement of HVAC systems. You will also recommend additional upgrades that can better the client's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and recommending replacement of HVAC systems.
• Recommending any additional upgrades that can better the client's needs.
• Building strong customer relationships.
• Providing instructions to customers on using their equipment/systems.
Requirements:
• Background check and drug test required for hire. Heart is a drug-free employer, which includes marijuana.
• Must have a valid, insurable driving record and license.
• At least 2 years of HVAC services experience.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
