Job Title: HVAC Installation and Repair Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation and Repair Specialist to join our team in Horn Lake, MS. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems for commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems in commercial settings
• Work under minimum supervision to perform service, maintenance, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment
• Proficient at reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical circuits
• Understand refrigeration cycles and troubleshoot refrigeration systems and components
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment such as lubricating, cleaning coils, changing filters, and other necessary tasks
• Read blueprints, drawings, and equipment maintenance manuals to understand how to properly operate, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment and systems
• Properly use specialty tools, including torches and diagnostic equipment to install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment and systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HVAC Technology or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last three years
• EPA Section 608 Technician Refrigerant Certification required
• NATE certification preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in hot environments
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
