Job Title: Lead Electrical Systems Installer
About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Systems Installer to join our team in the southeastern U.S. region. As a key member of our electrical services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, alteration, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment for our customers.
Main Tasks:
• Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
• Conduct thorough site assessments to identify electrical system issues and develop effective solutions.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent electrical accidents and injuries.
• Liaise with customers to understand their electrical needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Train and supervise junior electricians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform complex electrical tasks.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial electrical work is required, with a strong background in telecommunications a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary, with a focus on electrical studies or related fields.
Compensation and Benefits:
• A competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and certifications.
