As an HVAC Field Supervisor at Mission Comfort, you will be responsible for leading our team of technicians in the field, ensuring smooth daily operations, and implementing improvements as the company scales.
This is a hands-on role for a skilled technician who is ready to step into a leadership position and grow with the company. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HVAC service, maintenance, and installation, with a proven track record of success in the field.
Responsibilities:
• Handle 80% of service and maintenance calls independently, including complex troubleshooting and repairs
• Serve as a go-to resource for junior technicians, providing technical support, training, and guidance on challenging jobs
• Enhance field operations by working closely with the owner to ensure smooth daily operations and implement improvements
• Troubleshoot like a pro, confidently resolving technical issues in the field and setting the standard for quality and expertise
Requirements:
• Strong background in HVAC service, maintenance, and installation
• Natural leadership skills, with experience mentoring and supporting a team of up-and-coming technicians
• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively
