We are seeking an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to join our team at Mission Comfort. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee field operations, handle service and maintenance jobs, and play a crucial role in developing our team.
You will be responsible for handling 80% of service and maintenance calls independently, including complex troubleshooting and repairs. You will also serve as a go-to resource for junior technicians, providing technical support, training, and guidance on challenging jobs.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in HVAC service, maintenance, and installation, with a proven track record of success in the field. They possess natural leadership skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a team player attitude.
