Job Description
The Commercial HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for:
• Leading a team of technicians to provide quality dedicated service to clients;
• Diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, and pumps;
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and submitting effective start-up sheets with pictures in a timely manner;
• Promoting new business by reporting leads;
• Exercising effective communication with customers and co-workers using the LINC Communication Model;
Salary: $60K - $100K per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Location: Columbia, SC.
