Job Summary
The Counter Sales Associate is responsible for managing the sales counter and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, including sales, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Showroom Merchandising: Maintain the showroom in a neat and organized manner, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers.
• Order Processing: Process sales orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and that orders are delivered on time.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, restocking shelves and racks as needed to maintain an attractive and well-stocked display.
Requirements
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience: 1+ year experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems; ability to work independently and as part of a team; basic computer skills.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license required; must be proficient in speaking, reading, and understanding English.
Salary and Benefits
