Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Air Duct Cleaning and Crawlspace Encapsulation Specialist to fill a key role at Clean Air LLC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Crawlspace Inspections and Encapsulation Installation: Conduct thorough crawlspace inspections, identifying areas for encapsulation and ensuring proper installation of encapsulation materials.
• Air Duct System Analysis: Inspect and diagnose issues with air duct systems, performing repairs and maintenance as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Routine Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning air filters, inspecting electrical components, and lubricating moving parts.
• Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in HVAC or related fields.
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and industry standards.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment safely, meeting physical demands of the job.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
