At Watsco, we are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Residential Sales HVAC Manager to join our team.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
The successful candidate will oversee residential and contractor sales of Carrier Bryant equipment and HVAC parts, and supplies. Key responsibilities include:
• Analyzing territories and developing sales programs to attract competitor accounts and new customers.
• Creating and developing long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
• Managing customer issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers and building long-term relationships.
• Proactively generating new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to grow existing customers' business.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Demonstrated performance history in sales and new market development.
• Equipment, parts, supplies, and light commercial HVAC experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence.
• Highly motivated self-starter that can manage time independently.
• Strong business/problem-solving skills, high sense of urgency, and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM-Salesforce preferred.
