HVAC Foreman Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Foreman to join our team at Piedmont Service Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for executing mechanical construction projects including the installation, change-out, and upgrade of all types of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, components, and assemblies.

Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in managing HVAC installations and will be able to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and co-workers. They will also be able to operate hand tools and powered tools safely and work on ladders, elevated platforms, boom lifts, and scaffolding.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of state and local codes and regulations and will be able to obtain a Technician License within one year of hire. They will also be able to troubleshoot electrical and refrigeration problems and work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
