We are hiring an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have residential service and annual maintenance experience.

Compensation and Benefits
• $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs.

Responsibilities
• Provide service, maintenance, and repair on various residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Educate and consult customers on repairs, replacements, and indoor air quality products.
• Participate in company-paid dealer training and NATE certification to enhance your skills.
• Overtime opportunities available for additional compensation.
Qualifications
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• At least 3 years of HVAC service experience.
• Annual maintenance/clean & check experience.
• EPA certification.
• Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to make repair and replace decisions.
• Solid understanding of Superheat and Subcool principles.
• Willingness to acquire Mechanical licensure within 2 years of employment.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• NATE certifications or willingness to obtain them once employed.
• Demonstrated leadership potential.
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
