Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Installation Coordinator to join our team at Atlanta Flooring Design Centers.
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday with a day shift schedule. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, staff, vendors, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound communication, such as phone calls, emails, and other correspondence for the builder division.
• Ensure accurate records and files are maintained appropriately.
• Collect and review samples of defective materials and report findings to the Claims department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
