Commercial HVAC Project Sales Representative
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial HVAC Project Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets in assigned markets and territories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Qualify project opportunities and deliver financial sales presentations to clients.
• Manage sales funnel from budgeted projects to sold, ensuring timely completion of sales cycle.
• Conduct site surveys to understand client needs and provide solutions to their problems.
• Determine repair, modification, and/or replacement requirements for mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote team selling opportunities and drive project sales.
Requirements:
• 4-year college degree preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a project sales environment.
• Technical knowledge related to mechanical systems and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary:
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
