Industrial HVAC Solutions Manager
We are seeking an experienced Industrial HVAC Solutions Manager to join our team in Charleston, SC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple industrial HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role involves leading the installation team to ensure projects are completed to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Industrial HVAC projects
- Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in project management preferred
- 6+ years of experience in Industrial HVAC project management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heat pumps, cooling towers, chillers; air cooled and water cooled, understanding of hydronics, pump theory, reading blueprints and wiring schematics
- Excellent communication, leadership skills, and ability to work in a team environment
Estimated Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
