About the Job
We are looking for an experienced HVAC service specialist to join our team as a facilities maintenance technician.
This role involves working on various tasks related to maintaining and improving our facilities, including performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and communicating with the operations team.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a maintenance-related field, hold a CFC license, and possess strong knowledge of HVAC systems, gas operated equipment, electrical systems, refrigeration, and cooking equipment.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a bachelor's degree in a maintenance-related field is preferred.
In addition, the candidate should have excellent IT skills, including the ability to manage calendar, email, and work order management software.
