About the Job
We're seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to lead our team in Wichita, KS. As a leader, you will oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems for Manufactured Housing. With five years of experience in HVAC installation and service, you will have a strong understanding of refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, electric motors, heating systems, heat pumps, compressors, light commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, fans, economizers, and humidifiers. Your role will ensure that all work is executed professionally, efficiently, and in strict accordance with our company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of technicians in performing repairs and maintenance on various equipment.
• Trains new associates on companies' policies and procedures.
• Coach and develop associates on HVAC installation and technical services.
• Premeasures jobs to identify proper materials required for scope of work.
• Performs the installation of household appliances as needed.
