Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role
As an HVAC Foreman, you will be responsible for installing, modifying, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment according to specifications and building codes.
• Identify hazards and safety problems applicable to the installation and operations of HVAC projects.
• Take necessary corrective action to fix these problems.
• Make decisions on the job site without interruption to the business or work and job quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
• Leadership skills and the ability to empower individuals on your team.
• Ability to produce quality work.
• Excellent communication skills to be used when working with builders, general contractors, and project managers.
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures including ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and environmental control systems.
