About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Hotel Operations Director to join our team at AC Wichita. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire hotel operation, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
• Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue growth, reduce costs, and enhance guest satisfaction
• Lead and motivate a team of managers and staff to deliver exceptional results
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving guest satisfaction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
