Sturm Heating & Air Conditioning LLC, a leading HVAC contractor in the Greater Spokane area for over 85 years, is seeking an experienced HVAC Dispatcher.
Position Details:
• Location: Spokane, WA
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year (approximately $20-$23 per hour)
Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and schedule service calls with technicians
• Handle customer inquiries and provide updates on technician status
• Document orders in multiple systems
• Monitor GPS tracking and technician workload
