Job Description:
The IT Support Tech maintains all computer systems, network, telephony, software and other related equipment under the direction of the Corporate IT Manager. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, managing user accounts, and maintaining inventory/documentation of IT equipment and services. We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team.
Requirements:
• High School diploma
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, N+, MCSA) preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of server infrastructure and Active Directory
