• *Compensation Package:** The estimated annual salary for this position is $52,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. Benefits include:
• Health insurance paid by Employer (up to $400/month)
• PTO: 5 days after one year of service
• 7 Paid Holidays
Job Responsibilities
This role involves providing maintenance services on commercial (with occasional residential) heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• A minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience
• Journeyman's license
• The ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Familiarity with various equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replacement decisions
• Advanced customer service skills
• A willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
• The ability to operate scissors and genie lifts safely
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following certifications will be at an advantage:
• Universal EPA Certification
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
• NATE Certification
