About the Position
Craftsmen Resources is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join our team. As an HVAC/R Technician, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and repairing refrigeration equipment in various construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation of compressor racks, condensing units, and other refrigeration equipment.
• Measurement and installation of refrigeration piping systems.
• Operation of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical tools.
• Interpretation of blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Training and direction of HVAC/R apprentices.
A successful candidate must have 1-5 years of experience in HVAC/Refrigeration, possess an EPA Universal certification, and be able to obtain an apprentice or journeyman's license. The ideal candidate is also physically fit and able to work long hours.
