Job Overview
At Approach Personnel Ltd, we are seeking an experienced AC/HVAC Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis in Coventry and West Midlands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking HVAC maintenance works including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs. They will also be expected to perform building maintenance tasks as required.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems
• Identify and repair faults in HVAC equipment
• Conduct PPM servicing to prevent equipment failure
