Job Summary:
We are recruiting for an experienced AC /HVAC Engineer to work on a permanent basis.
The role involves undertaking building maintenance works, including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems and infrastructure.
Salary Range: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake maintenance, repair, and installation activities related to Air Conditioning systems.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Recognized NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning.
• F-GAS 2079 CAT1.
• Proven building maintenance experience.
• Ability to work at height and in confined spaces.
