We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial HVAC Team Lead to join our team at AWD online. As a Commercial HVAC Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of HVAC professionals to deliver commercial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning projects.
Responsibilities:
• Leading and managing a team of HVAC professionals
• Coordinating project activities and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Managing project teams and providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with stakeholders
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or industry
• Degree in engineering or a related field
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and achieving goals
