Job Description
As a skilled Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment, including HVAC systems, walk-in coolers/freezers, dish machines, and more. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will enable you to troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide top-notch service to our clients.
About the Role
This is a full-time position based out of our Jacksonville, Florida office. As an expert in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance, you will work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and build strong relationships with our clients. Your excellent communication skills and customer service focus will enable you to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, including HVAC systems, walk-in coolers/freezers, dish machines, and more.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and gas-related issues with commercial kitchen equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or certification preferred.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manner to meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Physical ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude to diagnose and repair complex equipment issues.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record as outlined by our company policy.
• Ability to pass a satisfactory background and drug screening.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience.
