As a seasoned HVAC professional, you will oversee the operations of our team at TemperaturePro - Jacksonville. Your leadership skills and technical expertise will drive success in residential and light commercial system servicing.
About the Role:
• Manage a team of service technicians with varying levels of experience, conducting daily check-ins and reinforcing company processes to maximize efficiency and training opportunities.
• Mentor and work alongside your team members to troubleshoot and service systems, maintaining communication with customers, workers, and owners for quality services.
Compensation
Our Lead HVAC Technicians earn an estimated $60,000 - $90,000 annually based on performance commissions. This is complemented by a competitive hourly rate of $20-$28/hr (average all-in with base pay, commissions, and tips), as well as a $2,000 Retention Bonus (to be paid out within the first 12 months of employment) .

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA Certification and at least 5-7 years of HVAC experience with a strong performance record.
• Problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting various HVAC systems.
• Leadership experience managing technicians or employees.
• Friendly communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• NATE certification and Service Titan experience are not required but highly recommended.
