Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Environmental Quality Technician to join our team at Medical Technology Associates LLC. As a key member of our field services group, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in the certification, testing, and maintenance of clean rooms, hoods, and infusion centers nationwide.
About the Role:
• Certify and test Clean Rooms, Biological Safety Cabinets, Laminar Flow Hoods, Fume Hoods, and other controlled environment equipment for major pharmaceutical and laboratory accounts.
• Travel extensively across the United States to provide on-site support, utilizing job scheduling systems to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, providing timely and accurate reports on equipment performance and making recommendations for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that drive business growth.
• Maintain a high level of technical expertise, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Field Service Technician, preferably in the pharmaceutical, laboratory, or environmental testing industries.
• Strong knowledge of air balancing, biomedical, HVAC, and environmental testing principles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel frequently, often overnight, and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
