Schedule: Full-time, with shifts varying from 8 AM to 8 PM. Overtime opportunities are available, allowing you to maximize your earnings!
As the HVAC Service Manager, your day kicks off in our bustling office, where you coordinate with technicians and set the tone for a productive day. You're the go-to problem-solver, stepping into the field to troubleshoot and ensure everything runs smoothly. Throughout the day, you monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make sure dispatch connects the right technician with each job.
