Responsibilities
As the Lead HVAC Installer, your day starts early, getting ready to tackle exciting installation projects. You and your team head to various job sites, where you lead the installation of heating and cooling systems, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure everything is running smoothly. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
• At least 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to install heating and cooling systems efficiently

Work Schedule
This full-time position works Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We also provide on-call and overtime opportunities.
