Job Title: HVAC Systems Serviceman
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled commercial HVACR service technician to join our team at Johnson Controls. As an expert in heating and cooling systems, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance, complex repairs, and replacements of commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Work with advanced heavy commercial and industrial equipment, including centrifugal, steam turbines, and absorption machines.
• Participate in factory certification programs through our Service Technical Academy (STA) to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with experienced Journeymen to troubleshoot and repair complex commercial HVAC systems.
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years of experience in commercial and/or industrial mechanical troubleshooting in the HVAC industry.
• Ability to commit to obtaining 30-Hour OSHA Certification.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design software and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• A minimum of five years of experience in commercial and/or industrial work in the HVAC industry.
• Refrigeration Certification.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
